All NRODA products are returnable/exchangeable within the first week that the order received according to our initial tracking information.
Your payment will be returned to you as a NRODA store credit. This credit is valid for a lifetime and may be awarded to you in a gift code, if preferred. You may re-gift this code to another customer however codes must be used completely in one order.
Customers are liable and responsible for the cost of shipping and safe return of merchandise. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order is packaged securely so that it is received intact.
Nroda is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Store credits/exchanges will be processed within the week of receipt of your return.

In need of a repair? Just let us know! Please do not try to repair your sunnies yourself as you may cause damage to the lens or adornments unnecessarily. There is no fee for repairs. We will even send you a return label!
Does your pair qualify for repair or repurchase?
We only make repairs to the adornments, missing nose pads, loose arms.
Any broken/twisted parts of the frame or scratches to the lens ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for repair. To buy into our 1 year warranty program for coverage of such damage, please contact Samantha@tnemnroda.com

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR THE PROVIDED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER OR MAILED BACK TO YOU.
